Good read. I found the part where he talked about Hispanic births dropping to the same levels as other Americans interesting. I did not realize that and will have to look into it to validate the claim. It would be a sign that instead of being Hispanic-Americans they are becoming Americans.

The problem with the line "long-term de-legitimization campaign" . . ."because that Marco Rubio" . . ."have dared to forget their place" is that Marco Rubio is a politician, who the media overseers don’t have to look far to find something of real substance, a person whose entire focus is to be elected and will say anything that he believes will get your vote.

I have talked to Marco directly about local community annexes that were done while he was the Florida State Speaker of the House. Everything about the annexes, that he rubber stamped his approval, was against the State’s annex laws; No notice to property owners, Threats to property owners if they did not sign the “voluntary” annexation petition, No public notices of action, Annexing single property(ies) that exceeded the individual 5 acres size limit and Creating enclaves of communities, several over 100 years old, causing them to have no opportunity to grow without the larger towns taking over.

When informed about the illegality of the annexes, he simply stated “I’ll look into this.” which he has not done anything about, no look into and no follow up of constituent’s concerns.

Simply put Marco Rubio is a politician who does the de-legitimization to himself.

And by the way, compared to me Marco is a flaming liberal.

    I loved the line, "post-election Hispanic-panic"!

What a great read. The writer nailed it when saying that these men are smart, and that's what scares the liberals. Also the fact that they are first and foremost, Americans. That whole pc bs is nothing but a means of dividing people, not embracing them. Lets keep pointing out differences, and heaven forbid you don't use the term Africa-American. You'd be a racist for sure! My family all were immigrants. They came to the US in 1908 from Italy. My grandmother forbade any of her children to speak Italian. They were Americans now, ( not Italian-Americans), and had to speak English. They were proud of their heritage, but embraced being Americans proudly.

    Another great offering XenokRoy,
One interesting aspect that keeps recurring, (sometimes overtly and sometimes with a subtlety that obscures it from notice) is the emphasis upon the “hyphenated American.” There is much political fodder to be had when groups may be pitted against one another. It is truly shameful. Adherence to American principles and mores, a desire to adopt them, become ONE (E Pluribus Unum) are what made Americans, and what made America a place to Galt to, once upon a time...

Great article. Love the opening below regarding dems and fear. Rubio was the ONLY redeeming thing about that evening.

"There is nothing the liberal establishment hates more than members of the minority groups it considers its political chattel who step off the grounds of the progressive plantation. And right now, it is beginning a long-term de-legitimization campaign, with its media overseers fully engaged, because that Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz have dared to forget their place.

The liberal establishment is driven not just by anger. It’s driven by fear."
