Teacher Shortages: Artificial

I spoke to a school administrator about a month ago. He said that "We" are hiring more long-term substitutes rather than hiring teachers. If you use an outside vendor, why do you still say "we"?

Glowing recommendation is positive.
Neutral is negative.

Select the type of employee you want to parrot your views and you got a non-innovator.

    "Teacher" shortage is real.
The supply of "Pretenders" is nearly infinite.
At least 95% of those employed in public schools and universities are not 'teachers.'
