During another grueling hearing on the ObamaCare rollout, the head of the IRS tried to offer lawmakers an assurance about the soon-to-open enrollment period.
“Whenever we can, we follow the law,” IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told the House Ways and Means subcommittee on health on Wednesday.
I feel better now, knowing they try. I think I'll try that one if the IRS comes to audit me.

I'm okay with my "I follow the speed limit, whenever I can"
But these evil ones via 16th amendment steal from me (and likely you the reader of this) every day that I work.
None of my nieces or nephews would have any college debt, I would likely already be retired at 48, and I would sponsor a local kid for college. Oh I would donate to the food bank, support the arts and the charity of my choice.
But no, these bastard offspring of the 16th need to go down in flames. Cuz if I choose to pay my taxes whenever I can, my assets would be frozen like a snowcone. Fire them all, with zero unemployment. But I'm not a vindictive guy....
Really, I live in peace, think I'll step out back and enjoy a Cohiba...as my way of following the law, whenever I can.
Beautiful night, isn't it?
So profound...I think I will defenestrate now.
