This is the kind of monumental stupidity that only comes from big brother government.

I'm afraid even worse than government. Evidence of that is shown by the remarks of the state representative who is a hunter. If such a person has to check on how these oneroud rules are created, it means that regulation is able to happen despite what the government does.

This is revolting. What an absurd, idiotic thing to do! It's utterly incomprehensible that something like this was allowed. Then again, the government was involved, so I really shouldn't be surprised. They have sh$t for brains, truth be told.

Protecting the people from what? Having full tummies. Eating something yummy? Last time I saw venison on a menu it was verrrry pricey. What idiocy.

This just passed in Montana. http://news.yahoo.com/montana-house-appr...

Darn, if I lived in Montana, Roadkill could be the special of the day...lol.. hopefully people don't get to the point where they have to use their cars as a hunting tool... but common sense would be if you hit a deer, elk or moose, you should be able to take it as food. Why waste the death of an animal.

It happened to the mom of a friend of my son. She was driving down her street, a deer ran out, and wham! A guy in a pickup coming up the hill pulled over, asked if she was ok, then asked if she wanted the deer. She said no, he hauled the deer into the bed of his truck, and everybody was happy. Except the deer.... :-p

Fine as long as restaurants let people know. I'd like to hear of any place there who dares to serve that, and then how many of what kind of people actually orders and consumes it.

This here is worse than Robin Hood. In that story, the meat would have been taken and eaten by the pretender to the throne. This is playing "No, because I say so" with humans as well as animals.
