This case will need to get to the Supreme Court if justice will prevail. Clearly the evidence shows that Katie Soros Hobbs who over saw her own cheat deserves death by hanging after being found guilty of treason.

A similar situation happened in Washington's gubernatorial election, several years back.

The Republican won by a small margin, which triggered a recount. The Republican won the recount, by a smaller margin, so they had a second recount in which the Democrat won, by a small margin.

The election was challenged, but the judge threw it out and the Republican candidate conceded.

Cries of election fraud quickly died away. There was no upheaval or blood.

Are there actual procedures in place to prevent extra ballots from being brought in, and did Lake present evidence that these procedures were violated? Or is it a free-for-all such that Hobbs can't prove that no extra ballots were counted, but Lake can't prove that any were?

This judge and those behind him do not seem to comprehend the severity of their actions. They don't seem to understand the destruction of the rule of law leads to chaos and ultimately the fall of the empire. They don't know history, perhaps they believe they will be a part of or gain favor with the poltiburo. Never works out that way.

I live in Cochise County ... moved to Arizona recently. I voted in person -- everything went smoothly. However, I have been reading of the 19" ballots on 20" paper and the chain of custody issues related to batches of ballots being shipped without a Tally of the ballot bundle. These issues have clearly been illustrated and are worthy of a second election to get this thing done right. And yet, we are being forced to the point where, as you indicate, something will break. I think the break will be when a high-ranking official / bureaucrat gets fed to the pigs (alluding to a prior Gulch post).
