- 3Posted by pegasus416 10 years, 3 months agoI first read Atlas Shrugged when I was 14. Watching Parts 1 and 2 sponsored by Freedom Works brought back a lot of memories. Unfortunately, as much as I enjoyed reading it at 14 years old, I didn't really grasp the significance of Ayn Rand's incredible mind.
