Years ago I took a required course on ‘business ethics’. It was taught by a bushy dark haired instructor who was an admitted leftist who wouldn’t allow his course to be recorded and repeatedly said “don’t quote me on this”. I was older than the majority of my classmates and, having served in the Navy, had a degree of world experience to challenge his assertions. He was less than impressed with what I had to say but I managed to pass with a B because I did all the work and supported my view with indisputable facts and experiences.. With these people teaching is it any wonder why we are where we are.

Just like Rep Lauren Boebert's lease on her restaurant in Rifle, Colorado was not renewed, no reason given. She had to close the restaurant. Because she does not have the right political views and refuses to be "woke"!

Don't say 'corporate' and 'integrity' in the same sentence...that is a misnomer! I was given 5 days to vacate an 8,000 square foot home that the Attorney General's Office was eager to seize and sell because I failed to notify them that a Trust ran out. Didn't know I was supposed to notify them but hey, they didn't care. They turned around and sold a house that was valued at $860,000 for $460,000 and they gave 4 $71,000 grants to buddies.

Perhaps the timing is good. If the real estate market drops closer to realistic valuation, you may have an opportunity to improve your situation.

Sorry to hear that. My pediatrician buddy has managed to negotiate a killer deal for his office space as the building continues to empty out due to Governor Newsome's and Biden's policies against business. My buddy's about to retire soon anyway.
