They stole a f**king election. Laws don't mean anything anymore. We have ceased to be a nation of laws and are now in a several tiered system where to some, the Constitution is no longer a hinderance to their malfeasance.

I just read something interesting in this SS Law. The ads from the lawyers wanting to help you if the IRS is investigating you states the IRS can 'garnish your bank account'. The IRS law states Old Age Assistance cannot be garnished, neither can wages from the Federal Government (Military would fall into this). And it said state wages were exempt also. IF I am reading the law correctly. Have a separate acct for SS payments?

Under the Section AID FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN UNDER SOCIAL SECURITY Sec. 402 (a) shall not approve any plan which imposes as a condition of eligibility for aid to dependent children, a residence requirement which denies aid with respect to any child residing in the State. The key word here being 'residing'. It goes on to say (1) who has resided in the State for one year immediately preceding the application for such aid or (2) WHO WAS BORN WITHIN THE STATE ONE YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE APPLICATION, IF ITS MOTHER HAS RESIDED IN THE STATE FOR ONE YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE BIRTH.
