Federal Judge suggests anti-wokeness remedy
I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand, it's incredibly sad that we have so little selection to these prestigious positions from outside these three main firms. That to me suggests a less-than-rigorous selection process in the first place and one has to posit that this is a leading cause of the wokeness infecting our Federal judgeships in the first place. It also saddens me that law and order is becoming seen through a political, i.e. leftist lens. (Yes, Elena Kagan and Sotomayor we are looking straight at YOU.)
The second part of me wants the competition, however, and having Judges refuse to hire clerks coming from campuses so obviously hostile to US values seems to be an effective method of pushback.
Your thoughts?

How about a real list of job requirements?
.. ability to think impartially,
.. can reach decision based on law and not on 'social media' values?
etc.
“We’re not just citizens. We’re also customers. Customers can boycott entities that practice cancel culture. …"
It's nice to see someone has received the free-market message and taken action.
In the Gulch, we have been promoting (and acting in) such boycott activities for years.
