Naw, the courts have already proven that fairly counting doesn't matter by refusing to hear so many cases trying to assure that fair counting of votes is done. If that wasn't enough, courts have repeatedly declared that state laws passed to insure fair counting are unconstitutional. Now this news that miscounting in the census is obvious and despite that there will be no effort to fix the problem and restore correct representation in con-gress to the people.

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
