This is hilarious. I think its a great idea.
Possible side effects may include kicked in doors, and occasional cases of lead poisoning have been reported. lol
If enough people did this though, it would completely jam the system. Their computers may be able to store all that info forever, but they still need eyes on the paper and boots on the ground to actually enforce anything. They would drown in it.
