New flash:
The con-gress has been utterly corrupt for 50 years with two still living exceptions: Ron Paul and Rand Paul.
I wouldn't give a nickel for all the rest of them combined. Traitors.

When I first called on Ms Jordan she said,'N. you are the most intelligent lobbyist in Washington.' I folded up laughing and asked 'Why'. She responded, 'You never try to lobby me!' I responded,' I know you always vote for your District and what is good for it, why waste my time?' She said, 'Understood?' She never even married. She was dedicated to her career. She once told a young Congressman who asked how she was going to vote on something and wanted to know how she was going to vote 'It isn't important how I'm going to vote, for your District you should vote for it.' She was an amazing lady..

  The idea of 'voting for your district' seems to be lost these days, with the possible exception of Manchin and Sinema. It seems as if it is required, if you have a D next to your name, to vote for whatever is best for LA and San Fran! (actually it's not really good for them either, that I can tell ...)
