If there are bio- chem- weaps in and around Mariupol I'd wager, if the cause for their release were the Russians, an illegal and immoral u.s. bio-lab was bombed.

Honestly, the Russians could squash the Ukraine like an ant should they choose to (much like we could cuba or haiti). There is several orders of magnitude differing the military strength and capabilities between the two sides. Frankly, the Russians don't need chemical weapons to win.
