A win for the Commerce Clause - the way it is supposed to be interpreted
Interesting that not only is there an "active" part of the Commerce Clause - the one that Federal regulators love to abuse - but also a "passive" portion which denies the individual States the right to place undue burdens on Commerce.
Now if only they'd drop the hammer on California and I can get a decent gas can without one of those ridiculous and non-functional "anti-siphon" nozzles...
