Fivedollargold's US Representative is on the case. Nothing much happens quickly in D.C., but like a pit bull, Congressman Gowdy will NOT let go of this National Tragedy until all the facts are known.

Representative Gowdy is the real deal. I wish we had more like him. If SC did not want him, we would have taken him here in NM. Really though, I receive his update emails and wish him the best in his (and our) endeavors.

Here is one Congressman of strong faith and iron clad moral backbone. His love of the Constitution and Justice for ALL Americans including "insiders" and "bottom feeders" in the D.C. swamp is refreshing to observe.

Gowdy grimly goads the miscreants of Benghazi. At last, a politician who doesn't mince words or couch his talk in niceties where they aren't warranted. Now, there's a guy I could line up behind.

The Bret Baier special, "13 Hours at Benghazi - The Inside Story" took me by surprise. When I saw their eyes it brought back immediate memories of that "Blank Stare" look some of us brought back from 45 years ago. It's obvious these guys were reliving that horrible day. I'm always proud by the devotion to duty this kind of individual is willing to give, putting his own life on the line to save others. The media will attempt to discredit them and most likely call them liars, it's just what they do, it's what they did 45 years ago. Hopefully Trey Gowdy will get to interview all personnel that were on site and all that were given orders to "Stand Down", regardless what actual words were used. We need to know "Why?" We need to know "Who?" We need to know, "What do we need to do differently to prevent another occurrence of the same scenario?" Unfortunately these cover-ups just cause us to repeat our errors throughout history.

      It's real simple.
We need a Teddy Roosevelt, Beehive attitude, as much as I hate collectivism.

Or maybe the Captain Reynolds Attitude:
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GjgGWOpk...
"You turn on ANY of my crew, you turn on me!"

You hurt any American, anywhere, for any reason, everything you care about ends. Period.

It's my personal philosophy, extended to foreign policy. I'm willing to be friends with anybody, but once you express hostile intent, you can't get to hell fast enough. Or ugly enough. I'm perfectly happy to bring hell to you and yours.

Consider it an extension of Ryder's Law: People generally get outta the way of crazies.

Fivedollargold, I didn't realize you were a South Carolinian. Same here (Greenville), although I live in the Peoples Republic of Portland, OR these days.

You are well represented by Congressman Gowdy. I've been very impressed with his tenacity, and strong desire to get the facts out when no one else seems to either be able to or want to. It is my fervent hope that the truth behind what happened in Benghazi will see the light of day due in great part to the Congressman's efforts.

Gowdy is the face of how our elected representatives, both houses, should pursue the truth in all matters pertaining to the Constitution and the people of this nation.
