I have a crew searching and colating written and video from board meetings, health care "emergency" policies and social media postings.
We have 800 petitioners from a school board election recall list as potential "aggrieved" under Color of Law. any of these folks who have kids physically or mentally affected have the best chance of success.
Anyone who has come to harm under medical care over this past two years may be in position to file on the licensure of health care "professionals".

Identify your "standing" and file the bond claims. Especially if you've family lost to this last two years of sham.

Additionally: Finding unique State Statute is imperative.
Wis has Impersonation of Emergency Personel and Law Enforcement Statute. If an official was wearing a mask during any of the transgressions, Wis has a statute that adds penalty for Identity Concealment during the commission of a crime. Some states it is illegal to conceal identity under any but extreme circumstances.

That the school board went into a panic and ordered the repeal of the mask mandate was the best. My wife’s cousin was the Superintendent of one of our local school districts. She’s insufferable. If I had standing I would have made a claim against her bond just for the sheer joy of it. One of those people who if they never speak to you again puts a contented smile on your face. I walk into the local restaurant and see her and her retired education cronies at their usual table I can’t help but jab “Saving the world again are we?”
Sorry.....I just really dislike that woman. Neither of us are shy about it.
