Regarding the institute or the society. Are they fund raising organizations? What is their allegiance too? I donβt know about these 2 but I do know many of these institutions are corrupted.

How about also forcing the Pharma companies to take responsibility for their
products' side effects and make lobbying by health product companies against the law with
both laws having Trillion $ penalties and minimum 25 year jail sentences for CEO's.
I would love to see this legislation proposed and the spin of arguments from the pharmaceutical companies and their legislator lackeys!

Other countries use this approach. One of the Scandinavian countries does something like this.
Another FDA legislation change (not chicken shit, temporary executive crap) should be to demand the FDA review other countries testing, and establish maximum reciprocity. An annual report should provide specific reasons why any other countries testing is inadequate against a clear criteria, and the price of each drug in each country.
