I applaud this Judge. This is really disgusting. Jurors are doing their civic duty. I never wanted to serve on one and I got picked for three Grand Juries. I figured the Judge who did that hated me for some reason. He wouldn't let me beg off. After each day of reviewing cases, I had an Excedrin 42 headache. And our Sheriff had the cute idea we needed to tour all six prisons in our County if we might be sending people over there. We ate lunch at six different prisons on my first Grand Jury. Once they stopped my husband at the gate and told him he couldn't come in because his wife was visiting.
