I really liked this Post. It was clear, concise, and honest. I've decided to turn the entire county topsy turvey by volunteering to be a Poll Watcher at the next election. Most of the bad guys are hoping I'm too old to participate! Not necessarily! I'm going to advise the new DA they cannot discriminate because of age on the Grand Jury. I'm going to organize our Senior Citizens who are sitting around vegetating! N

I organized a fund raiser several years ago and two of my 90 year old ladies showed up and outbid a few people. Even the sheriff showed up with his wife. We don't do that now. We have COVID!

Not too many years ago, our senior population had several people in their 90's bouncing around, driving their Lexus, one vintage Corvette, and even a Mustang. The Director of Medical Records at a big hospital in a nearby city told me I had the oldest Medicare patients she'd ever seen and they weren't very ill, just needing good nursing care. Now? Nah! They sit in the Senior Citizens Center and look at one another. N
