below is the letter i will be sending to my company, requesting an exemption

My belief in God and the Principles laid out by His Word are Divine to me. It is My deeply held belief that vaccines violate these principles, therefore being vaccinated would be a violation of my religious beliefs.
Vaccines contain cellular debris, protein and DNA from aborted babies.

The scripture, in my belief, is violated by the contents of vaccines.
“Thou shalt not murder (Exodus 20:13 & Deuteronomy 5:13).” Children are recognized from God at the point of conception (Genesis 4:1, 17, and Jeremiah 1:5), are knit together by God in the womb (Psalm 139:13-16; Psalm 22:10-11; & Galatians 1:15), are blessings from God (Genesis 1:28; Genesis 4:1; and Psalms 127:3 and 113:7-9), are valued and loved (Matthew 18:1-14 and 19:13-15), are created in His image (Genesis 1:27), and their killing is condemned (Psalm 106:35, 37-38).
Some folks say vaccines are necessary. Well, I am here to tell you that God has already made you uniquely perfect. We do not need these manmade additives to protect us. Our bodies are created by God. He made us resilient. He made us capable of healing ourselves. He made us in his image. The power is within us, our minds, and bodies. We are temples for the Holy Spirit to dwell in.

The prophet Amos condemns the Ammonites because they “ripped open expectant mothers in Gilead” (Amos 1:13) and child killing was one of the major reasons that God’s anger burned against the Kingdom of Israel bringing about their destruction and exile (2 Kings 17:17-18).

My body is Home for God the Father, God the Son and The Holy Spirit. The act of vaccination would desecrate my body, my temple.

These words from Corinthians have significant religious meaning to me,
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, NIV)

The Scriptures which are the basis of our life and faith are very clear in how we should be handling blood for example, and I quote…
Lev 17:10 'And any man from the house of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his people.
Lev 17:11 'For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood by reason of the life that makes atonement.'
Lev 17:12 "Therefore I said to the sons of Israel, 'No person among you may eat blood, nor may any alien who sojourns among you eat blood.'
Lev 17:13 "So when any man from the sons of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, in hunting catches a beast or a bird which may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with earth.
Lev 17:14 "For as for the life of all flesh, its blood is identified with its life. Therefore I said to the sons of Israel, 'You are not to eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood; whoever eats it shall be cut off.'

I believe that my blood is an essential part of my body, my body that is a temple, a Home for God

Human blood was to be kept pure under all circumstances and free of contaminants like animal parts and blood (Genesis 9:4, Leviticus 17:11, 17:14, Deuteronomy 12:23



Please allow me to stay true to my belief in God, his Word allowing my body to remain the Home for God.
Employee statement
Because of my sincerely held religious beliefs, I request an exemption from the annual influenza vaccine and covid vaccine as required by MGB. I understand that I may be asked to provide additional information to support this request.

I understand that if my request for exemption is approved I will be required to wear a mask in patient care areas in accordance with the mask procedures of the Influenza Vaccination Policy and Covid Policy. Furthermore, if approved, this exemption will last until there is again a requirement for either, in which case another exception will be filed.
