The hopelessly stupid ones are in the FBI.
If they had any evidence that something was really going to happen they would not announce it. They would stop it before the act and arrest the guilty (and probably the innocent, too.) By announcing it, they tip off the people that they have been infiltrated. It's just stupid. So either the FBI are stupid or they are lying scumbags, or,more likely, BOTH.
