She seems to be having a mild case but, yes, her doctor is sure she has the virus. I didn't have the vaccine but I got sick January 6 - 12. I have to tell you it is a puny virus. I've had the flu 4 times...last time was 1983. This stuff just made me lose my appetite, one day I ran a temp of 102, one day I felt achy, I still can't really taste my food (lost 10 pounds), stomach distress. My friend has the same symptoms I had. My doctors poo pooed the idea of a test. They don't trust the tests. One of my docs is an Internist, urologist, diagnostician, pathologist, former chief of staff of 700 bed hospital. The other is a teaching professor at Baylor. No her husband shows no evidence of the virus. I am 4 months younger than her.
Just trying to put together some of the pieces together. Thanks.
