    While I know its not always possible, I'd say quit. No one should force anyone to do or take something they don't want to.

        Would not the push back be to just refuse the vaccine? What is the employer going to do to make you take it? The employer's options are to just let it go, attempt to use force to get the needle in your arm, or to fire you. Why take away his necessity to make a choice as to whether to enforce his rule or to resend it and maybe become a little more rational about what he is doing? Employers do not own you. Have a little backbone!

            I did mean employers. A requirement for you to get vaccinated is his right and not a violation of yours. You don't have to work there; it is his business. He would not be violating your body!

              As to your other point, you apparently maintain that an employer has a right to set any requirement that he wishes to impose. Does this mean ANY requirement? What if that which he requires is illegal?

                Yah, how about a racist label on the vaccine requirement? You have to be "(fill in here) to work here. Suggestions: White, Black, Jewish, Christian, Hindu, Chinese, Male, Queer, Lesbian, etc. My body, my choice, period. You gotta remember the period. Maybe we need a new label, a "vaccinist", someone who prejudicially requires others to be vaccinated. There outta be a law. Where is Dino on this?

              It is unlawful to require a "vaccination":
              US Constitution, Article 4, Right to privacy.
              US Title 52, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Unlawful to discriminate in a place of Public Accomodations
              US Title 42, Section 12101: Unlawful to deny entry to persons with disability or perceived medical condition.
              US Americans With Disabilities Act: Unlawful to deny entry to persons with disability or perceived medical condition.

              You stand a chance of violating State Law under the following:
              Practicing medicine without a license.
              Impersonating a medical professional.
              Falsely assuming to act as a public officer.
              State civil rights accessibility laws
              False Imprisonment
              Possibly, Disorderly Conduct, as an act may be deemed "abusive".
              Harassment
              Solicitation to a Felony
              Conspiracy.

              So....do your homework or have a very good lawyer do it.

                The laws only apply to govt. in the context of a vaccine needed for "emergency" use.

                An employer can require employees if he believes that they could be harmful to others and thus the business. They may need to allow exemptions for those who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons; but I am pretty confident they will win any court batter on this issue.

                  I'm only cautioning ...from experience.
                  I had to ask an employee to voluntarily quit due to what I saw as the onset of Parkinson's disease. There were medical examinations, confirmations, and discussion on ability to do required work.
                  Another item I had to research was in the realm of business insurance. Are you covered in the event we are discussing?

    I do not require CV for my employees. Personal choice. The only requirement is: if you are sick - STAY HOME. Other than that, get your ass to work!

      I dont give sick pay to my employees. It would be a good idea if they dont want to lose pay to get the vaccine. Whoever doesnt want to get the vaccine is entitled to NOT take it, but its probably not a great idea.

        So in your mind you think it would be "a good idea" for your employees to take a chance on a completely untested "vaccine" that could conceivably cause huge complications and in some even death because they could potentially miss out on a few days pay? Priceless.

          The most important reason to take the vaccine is to prevent or reduce the severity of the disease itself. Particularly if you are more susceptible to it in terms of ones immune system. So little is known at this point. But nearly 600k people have died from it in the past year

            Way to completely ignore my comment. Again, you are telling your employees that you think it is a "good idea" for your employees to take a vaccine that has little to no research, obviously no long term studies about what it may or may not have in the way of side effects because you are too tight to offer sick pay for when people are sick? The only thing you said that I can agree with is "so little is known". And you are ignorant if you actually believe that 600k people died FROM covid.

              600k people died WITH covid, not necessarily FROM covid.

              I took the vaccine that is offered after analyzing the risk of perhaps getting covid at my age. Most of the employees are a lot younger and probably dont face the severity of a covid infection. Which is why I let them make personal decisions on it.

            Th reason you state is the HOPE that it prevents or reduces the disease. The reality is it is unknown what safety and efficacy results from taking it are.
            The trails are expected to continue to 2023.
            600k dead but was it all Covid absolutely not no flu deaths no pneumonia deaths people dying in auto accidents . It is a very inflated number.
            How many it’s hard to say ,when you incentivize
            The hospitals to find cases through testing that is flawed. The get more cash. Same with Covid listed deaths , they get more cash. What would you do?

              I have to agree the government figures are skewed in favor of more government power. I personally have seen many exceedingly mild cases of Covid-19, many of which are never reported. I also think that the whole vaccine thing was rushed through a bit too fast to really assess efficacy and side effects. If u want to crow about how much protection you get, don’t you have to have two groups, one with vaccine, the other with no vaccine- and then deliberately expose each participant to equal viral loading and see who gets covid? But who is going to actually run such a test !!!

          Actually I think it’s a completely personal decision on their part. I have said nothing on the subject to them. Each of them needs to weigh the risk of covid infection vs the risk of vaccine complications. I decided st my age to try the vaccine and avoid the infection and near certain death if I got it.

        I do have ten personal days in my contract. But I screen them really close. I need written statements on why you need or took the day off. I validate the statements. They learn pretty quickly not to BS me!

    I fear that so, so many have just given into taking the jab because they lack the strength to just say no. Instead they have hidden behind the excuse of I need the job or I want to travel, or I want ..... I know it sounds cruel and uncaring and lacking empathy, but there are only a few opportunities in life to stand up protect one’s God given rights.

    This is a play. If the person believe in the vaccine, then they need not fear those of us who do not feel safe taking it. Issue is, a bunch of talking heads who have done no research want to call the shots. They do not know the dangers of any vaccine, on certain of us. They do not know the myriad of issues with this basically untested vaccine, which may set the vaccinated up for health issues in the next couple years. They have not ruled out its causing brain disease. They have not explained exactly what damage they do to the natural immune system. They have done no test to find out the number of people iwth natural immunity or T cell immunity, who need not take the vaccine and actually should not take the vaccine.

    Because of the EUA and not actual approval it can not be made mandatory legally. It does not mean they will not employ carrot and stick methods as opposed to the say the flu vaccine which hospitals can require for health care workers which is an approved vaccine. Many of these rules only apply to healthcare workers and even there covid vaccine cannot be mandatory

    I don’t mind pushing back socially. But I am not a fan of coercion, especially government coercion. If an employer doesn’t want to work with an unvaccinated person, why would I want to sue them and use the Coercive Government to force them to do so? I’m for voluntary commerce. If the working relationship is not mutual, time to move on. I’m taking steps to make “retiring” (from this paycheck job) a more attractive option as soon as possible.

      supposedly the vaccine protects you primarily, which is what counts. If it keeps others from becoming infected from viruses that YOU may carry, thats just a side benefit.

        I know much more reliable ways to protect me from C19. For example, eating nutritious food and avoiding toxins which weaken my immune system. For example, avoiding excessive stress and getting enough sleep. Vitamin D is frequently shown to be strongly associative with immunity or mild cases. So sunlight is my “vaccine” of choice. But this is all beside the point of the OP and my comment.

          Exactly!!! I stayed covud19 free without any vaccine for a whole year by doing many if the things you suggest. I stayed away from most social situations where I could be exposed to as viral load too. I don’t think the mask I was forced to wear did much st all.

            Correct, the mask doesn’t really help. I too remain C19 free, unfortunately because I am confident that it would be a mild case and would like to get the antibodies naturally. I don’t avoid, but in fact seek out social environments that don’t require masks. In my circles, those are few and far between.

                I wonder that too, and don’t know the answer. My understanding is that, in general, vaccines attempt to invert the body’s natural healing procedure (e.g., cell-mediated before humoral immune systems). So much of this is unknown territory we are exploring and messing with, ripe for unintended consequences. And I also know there are so many conflicts of interest involved in the development of the so-called COVID-19 “vaccines,” there is no way I can trust them, or whatever answer they would give about their antibodies vs. the ones I make naturally. (There is no way they were do a legit study on the issue either. I’m sure they would say it is unethical....)

                  This is just an uneducated observation- it seems levels of antibodies and general health level join together and allow a body to overcome some level of incoming viral load. Get exposed to more viral load than your immune system can fight- and you get covid. We don’t have a viral load meter, so we all have to guess at outr exposure. I survived for a year with no vaccine and no covid. Probably a combo of being healthy and staying away from most close contact indoor situations. Who knows. I have seen a number of associates at work get mild cases of covid. I had gotten scared into getting vaccinated 6 weeks ago and didn’t fall prey to covid even being around these coworkers. So maybe the vaccine increased my tolerated viral load. I can only guess

      Haha . I never got the small pox or the vaccine for it.
      Covid is a common cold I have had plenty in my life . So far I have survived them all. This manufactured Covid 19 has a 99.98% survival rate. Using HCQ/zinc with a zpack at onset will be my treatment. You my friend will be taking the jab for years to come if the technocrats get their way.

        D! I haven't even had a cold since my first pneumonia vaccine about 14 years ago. But according to my doctors (pleural) i sure had Covid. P. S. I finally got my appetite back but I'm still not gaining any weight. That's actually good.

              This vaccine is still "experimental" it has not passed "all of the tests of any previous vaccines". And I don't see anyone spreading fear. They are expressing their opinion that this untested, unnecessary vaccine is not a decision to take because the government or peer pressure is trying to get you to do so.

                I defended it based on science before I got the vaccine. "Support" it now for good reasons.
                Having had the virus should make you support it even more; however, you may have enough antibodies now to not need the vaccine.

                  The experimental mRNA shot It is actually being used illegally. The emergency use authorization is to be used when no treatments exist. Treatments do exist. Dr Fucki stated in a 2006 paper That chloroquine is an effective treatment for SARS. He should be hung for crimes against humanity. Trust the science.
