“Am I doing the right thing”

Bravo to this patriot! We have all seen many in law enforcement acting like the gestapo since this “ planDEMic “ began trampling on life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Many many of the issues that are destroying America can be solved simply by doing the right thing. We are a sleeping giant and the giant is starting to stir.
A Port of Seattle police officer has been placed on paid administrative leave after posting a video online last week telling fellow officers they shouldn’t enforce coronavirus-related orders.
Officer Greg Anderson is on leave pending an investigation, according to a Port of Seattle spokesman, who declined to comment further on the pending personnel matter.
In the video posted on May 7, Anderson, in uniform and sitting in a patrol vehicle, says citing or arresting people in relation to what he called “tyrannical” social-distancing orders violates people’s constitutional rights.
“I want to remind you that regardless of where you stand on the coronavirus, we don’t have the authority to do those things to people just because a mayor or a governor tells you otherwise,” he says. “We don’t get to violate people’s constitutional rights because somebody in our chain of command tells us otherwise.”
Anderson said he was disturbed at the implication people would be violating the law by “going to church, for traveling on the roadways, for going surfing, opening their businesses, going to the park with their families or doing nails out of their own house using their own house as a place of business.”
Port of Seattle Police Chief Rod Covey on Tuesday posted an explanation of the department’s response to Anderson’s video in a Facebook post.

Now....why would they be asking a bunch of young men in the Army that question? Hmmm...?
I would hope it's to make the point that their loyalty is to the Constitution and they have a responsibility to disobey unlawful orders.
I'm betting it's to see who to promote to "special" assignments...
And he works for the Port of Seattle? He may have to move.
If the vaccine is so great why censor the side effects? Plus if an anti pregnancy shot meant you still need a condom why bother?
Not a great track record. Plus this time we killed the economy, made people wear masks, stay apart, and live much less rewarding lives for a whole year, and still 500,000 people died in only ONE year. Trump did one really good thing for the ecountry, and thats fast tracking a vaccine. The democrats wont give him credit, but I call it the TRUMP VACCINE. Biden couldnt remember where the TUMS are, let alone fast track anythging. Without the vaccine, we would be set up for many more deaths than during the spanish flu. I decided after a lot of thought to get the vaccine, and so far no side effects after one day.
For the last couple of years, I've read many story comments from military and police veterans, swearing to uphold their oath to the Constitution, and were ready to act to defend us from tyranny.
That ship has sailed.
The time to act was between Election Day and Inauguration Day.
The election was stolen, nobody lifted a finger, and I don't think they will for any other reason, regardless of how oppressive things will become.
I think Trump had to remove himself from the mix to not be accused of retaliation. New York gov and California Gov are now being exposed and are on the defense. Georgia And Missouri are legislating for voter ID’s. I think it is just the beginning. So much evidence is yet to come of the bad deeds committed by the deep state it isn’t funny. Once the cat is out of the bag it can’t be put back.
“The best is yet to come”. “Save America”.
BTW now all the corrupt past Presidents can be impeached, and the tax records of the politicians are no longer off limits. Don’t you think Trump has got the best tax advice $ can buy? President Trump is the real Teflon Don.
But personally, I think it's over. Soros and company have packed the courts and districts attorney with their minions, so justice can't prevail.
There will never be another free and fair election, and the corrupted courts won't accept challenges to the results (just look at here in Michigan for an example).
Even if they're exposed, it's through very limited venues, because of the corrupted media.
So, the justice system is corrupt, the media is corrupt, and a lot of state, local and federal members of government are corrupt.
I just don't see a way out of it.
If he wants to join a police department which values rights, he's welcome to move one State over.
