As Norman Dodd testified, this started in the early 1900s with the rise of tax exempt foundations, who hired grad students, paid for their Phds, if they would just "alter" history a little here and there. They skewed it so history taught today bears no resemblance to what really happened. Add in the China money for the last 40 years or so (no one remember the Clinton democrat party scandal of 650K "donated" to them?) and we get to the buying of colleges and the education establishment. It is all connected.
