Government should have a kill switch for phone, internet, highways, and even people, Government need to have and retain absolute power and control over any and all behavior the Government deems "unacceptable", because we know everyone would be happy, and content since nobody would have any more than anyone else and never have to want for anything ever again.

Oh Wait!!!

Stalin, Marx Hitler, the Pharos's, all tried that and it did not and has never worked.

Never mind, Government should NEVER have the power to remove that kind of PRIVATE freedom. The Phones, airwaves, companies, and technologies are NOT owned by the government. Or are they?

I do not understand why any people of intelligence chose to live in California. if this proposal were to pass and become law all cell phones will be built with the ability to turn them off. the saying that california is the land of the fruits and nuts is quite accurate.
