Jimmy Carter has received many millions from various Islamic organizations, most of them on the terrorist organization list. The money was used to build his library among other things. This supposedly humble God-fearing man is nothing more than a money-grubbing weasel.

I don't understand why he seems to like the Islamicsists so much. They caused him to loose the election and look like a fool in the Iranian hostage crisis.

Here is a man that I fundamentally disagree with. However, I saw his work with Habitat For Humanity and thought, perhaps he's just misguided. Then I found out about his Islamic money gifts. I realized that he is no better than the graft taking petty politician or the evil Harry Reid.

I scared the pants off a lady raising $$ for Habitat for Humanity when I went off on carter. She was stunned and had no idea what I was talking about. A vacuous do gooder. Her jaw dropped when I called him a traitor. Needless to say she got no donation from me.

Carter’s actions and comments can’t be attributed to old age and senility. He has ben very anti-Israel for some time now. He conveniently forgets who started this war, who hides behind civilians so they can say that Israel is killing them, who keeps breaking the ceasefires. If any one should be convicted of war crimes it is Hamas, but of course that will never happen.

It always amazes me that someone who supposedly is a fan of Atlas Shrugged believes the government's and media's propaganda. The reason civilians are "hid behind" (in reality just "innocent bystanders") is because the concentration camp known as Gaza is so packed full of people there really isn't an option. It is known that Hamas was not behind the killing of the Israeli who was kidnapped - but we know Israelis kidnapped and tortured a Palestinian and set them on fire in retribution, but that is quickly forgotten. I'm no fan of CFR lover Jimmy Carter, but I refuse to let media sensationalism and manipulation of truth, a key component of atlas shrugged, to influence my thinking.

THEY DON'T HAVE TO LAUNCH THE ROCKETS.
They don't have to tell the civilians to stay in the areas targeted by Israel, as announced in advance by Israel.

        In retribution for what, hmm?

Gaza and the west bank could be thriving metropolises if they'd devote their time and energy into capitalism instead of terrorism.
Japan did it. Various American tribes did it.

Hong Kong has a land area of 78.59 km, with a population of 1.6 million, and is prosperous.

Gaza has a land area of 360 km. and a population of 1.46 million.
Remove the violence and the terrorists, and Gaza could become the Monte Carlo, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Cherokee Nation of the middle east.

How did he ever make it through Nuke School?

Don't understand how this isn't criminal. If someone with a Arabic last name did this, they be incarcerated immediately. Better yet, what the press or Holder do to a public conservative doing the same.

"If someone with a Arabic last name did this, they be incarcerated immediately."

After 9/11, it shouldn't be necessary for someone with an Arabic last name to do anything to be incarcerated immediately.

I guess you missed the memo; Arabs are the victims, it's them there Georgia rednecks what are the real threat to 'merica.

What else is new? He undermined the Shaw and enabled the Islamic Fundamentalist takeover of Iran. Was that an accident or deliberate? I think deliberate.

So....our CIA taking down an elected government and installing a puppet (the Shaw) for oil companies, which pissed of the people, had nothing to do with it? You do realize that the taking of hostages was retaliation for that? Please tell me you do.

FYI. In 1921 Reza Khan (later Reza Shah Pahlavi), an officer in Iran's only military force (Cossack Brigade) used his troops to support a coup against the government of Qajar Dynasty. Reza Shaw was an anti-Semite and supported the Nazis. Following Germany's invasion of the USSR in June 1941, Britain and the Soviet Union became allies. Both turned their attention to Iran. Britain and the USSR saw the newly opened Trans-Iranian Railroad as an attractive transport route from the Persian Gulf to the Soviet region. In August 1941, because of refusing to expel the German nationals, Britain and the USSR invaded Iran, arrested Reza Shah and sent him into exile. In 1942 the United States sent a military force to Iran to help maintain and operate sections of the railroad. The British and Soviet authorities allowed Reza Shah's political system to collapse and limited the constitutional government’s functions. They permitted Reza Shah's son, Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi to succeed to the throne. Iran's political system became increasingly open. Political parties were developed, and in 1944 Majlis elections were the first genuinely competitive elections in more than 20 years. Foreign policies remained very sensitive issues for all parties. The Angelo-Iranian Oil Company (AIOC), which was owned by the British government, continued to produce and market Iranian oil.

Yes. I do understand that. The one worlders need the u.s. to be the cop of the world.

        "for the oil companies"

Tell me again... does Iran make money off of a resource they couldn't have access to if NOT for the evil oil companies?

He's an anti-semite, no surprises... and he was a pussy of a President.

He's always been an embarrassment, too bad the Dems don't trot him out on the campaign trail more often...

I still think BO is the antichrist.

the man was a limp noodle when he was resident (yes I am old enough to remember his incompetence an ineptitude) and he's an embarrassment and leftist enabler ever since.

I do not wish anyone dead. However, this POS is on my short-list of those I'd grin over the news of their demise.

Until we put Billary in the White House, my goal was to travel to his memorial in order to piss on his grave (after he died of natural causes, of course). The ensuing 1st Amendment trial would have been fun.

But, since seeing Clinton and Obama put and kept in the WH, I realized I set my standards too high for poor Mr Peanut.

carter is a true politician, they always seek out those who appear to like then and pay them to boot. of course they don't actually like him but pay him to do their bidding. they are the only organization that will hire carter. he is a turn coat to the usa. but so are his successors.

Unbelievable, at a loss for words on his continual support for people like this... Evidently didn't spend much time in foreign policy classes at the Naval Academy!!
