- 1Posted by CircuitGuy 10 years, 4 months agoI think you should have to hand over your withholding in cash (maybe check would be okay) with each paycheck. Every time politicians decide to do something like help the poor, make longer prison sentences, or invade another country, the amount of cash withholding would change.
