Legal question for those who know the constitution.
I have asked this on many different forums but never yet received a definitive answer. Can a President (Elect), prior to be inaugurated to the Presidency be inaugurated if he is under a criminal indictment? Lets face it, the very minute he is inaugurated his first act would be to pardon himself and all of his cohorts. Case closed, nothing to see here folks so just move along.

For sure he certainly can pardon his son Hunter and his brothers and sisters which would effectively end any investigations already under way by Duram or AG Barr. I am sure we have a few legal beagles here who could probably give some incite into these important questions.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|

- 2Posted by GaryL 4 years, 1 month agoExposure is coming daily! And Just like that, not a week after the election Pfizer announces their virus vaccine efficacy is over 90% effective. Known as a fact for some time now but withheld from the public so as not to bolster Trump's chances to win. Big Pharma has been an ongoing target of the Trump Admin so Big Pharma did what all cheaters do and withheld pertinent and very important news.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
- 1Posted by Jkj7 4 years, 1 month agoEven more curious that there are not 1 but 2 vaccines...and 90% effective? When the normal flu vaccines are only around 40%...seems very curious. Collusion? Interference? Fraud? Murder? If they had vaccines and withheld the information, how many could be saved that won't be now??? Isn't this a similar argument to what they say about Trump not telling us how dangerous this was earlier???? Very vexing.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
- 1Posted by GaryL 4 years, 1 month agoThe other half of Fake News is the failure to report or withholding of pertinent news. The liberal left does not care who or how many die as long as they can regain the power!Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|

- 1Posted by GaryL 4 years, 1 month agoYes, 2 functions at the Presidents will are to pardon those who have been convicted and to commute their sentences if a full pardon does not seem righteous. Either way those involved would skate and as stated, Commi La would then pardon sleepy.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|

- 1Posted by $ 25n56il4 4 years, 1 month agoI thought that was a 'conditional pardon'. In name only in case he did get convicted. Am I wrong?Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
