There's Hope for Florida regarding 2nd Amendment

This is completely smart. Because the federal government wants to chip away at it until it's GONE. At least in Florida, hey re taking steps to ensure that doesn't happen.
And yet we still have an unConstitutional concealed carry law which was modified recently to "permit" open carry.
I was perhaps the only person in the State who recognized this as a back-door way to justify State-level gun control.
I am effectively blocked from exercising my 2nd Amendment rights in this State, now, because of the time and expense (mostly expense) involved in getting a concealed carry permit. I'm required to take a gun course which costs about $200 and a couple of days (strangely, gun ranges don't offer these courses in the middle of the night, when I'm awake...)
The 2nd has already effectively been transformed.
"(c) All federal acts, laws, orders, rules or regulations regarding civilian-owned firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition are in violation of the 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution and the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution."
So are all STATE acts, laws, orders, rules or regulations regarding civilian-owned firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition.
Plus their bill needs to capitalize the word "State", since it refers to a member republic rather than a generic nation.
Again, I'm amused at everyone's interest in the 10th Amendment and completely overlook the 9th. You almost never hear anyone reference the 9th, but they keep referencing the 10th, as if encroachment of rights by a smaller government is more acceptable than encroachment of rights by a larger government.
