- 1Posted by $ jbrenner 4 years, 4 months agoIn a book of this time, there had to be a Hugh Akston character. Congratulations on your new book, WDonway!Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
- 2Posted by WDonway 4 years, 4 months agoThanks for the comment. The novel is about the battle for the soul of the university, its essential mission, and in that battle a scholar of the Western philosophical tradition already is a hero, since the heritage of Western Civilization is today viewed as a white male prejudice and bastion of oppression. Of course, the novel get much, much livelier than philosophical conversations with the clash between politically uncorrect campus speakers and Black Lives Matter becomes sheer violence.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
