The attached charts show
(1) death rates in countries that use Hydroxychloroquine compared to countries that do not use Hydroxychloroquine
(2) results in Morocco before and after Hydroxychloroquine was accepted as treatment
(3) Lower fatality rate in Brazil after Hydroxychloroquine was accepted as treatment while case rates increased

The hubbub over this was just because Trump promoted it if it works. The leftists are pigs and all words out of their mouths have a hidden agenda of hating trump

Of course there are many complications, but the message is clear that HCQ works. I could be convinced otherwise, you'd need very strong evidence indeed.

-- Swiss agency collected all data, HCQ used in Switzerland for CCP19, death rate fluctuated, slight decline. Then the big fake Lancet article came out, WHO reacted fast- HCQ is dangerous and should not be used!
The Swiss stopped use of HCQ, the death rate shot up, stayed high. Then the Lancet retracted, death rate dropped back to where is was before.
This is very strong evidence for using HCQ.

Usually the deaths data would be over a time period such a month, the incidents data would be the number of confirmed cases at the start of the the time period.
When this figure is derived from data it is not a risk, the deaths have already occurred.
This figure, death rate or case fatality rate is used to monitor changes. Changes can be for example some health policy/actions or the fast growth of some infection. The public/governments want to know what helped or what hindered.
