Former President Obama (i.e. Mr. Thompson) is scheduled to speak today at 5 PM on his own web site (https://www.obama.org/). I would not consider this news except for the title right out of Atlas Shrugged, "My Brother's Keeper Alliance Town Hall".

    May he choke to death on his own lies.
    I bet none of the racist responses posted to Farcebook get suppressed as hate speech. Only whites are capable of hate speech according to saint Barrack. Treasonous looting scum.
    I predict he will want another unconstitutional federal law to centralize more police power and marginalize the states and local governments. Unconstitutional. Unconstitutional. Unconstitutional.

    I must admit Saint Barrack does know a lot about looting.

    Why doesn't BHO put his money where his mouth is? he should go to those blighted neighborhoods and help those young Blacks get jobs in their area. get the people out and physically clean them up. BHO should by building materials and set carpentry shops to apprentis those young people to build and not tear down! BHO is a hypocrite, sitting on his cash and just talk, talk , talk. Propaganda has been and always will be his forte.

      This won't work. You can't impart virtue to a human via gifts and or a "helping hand". This reminds me of Dagney's essential error in that she believed she could will and drive people to be good, productive etc.

    I don’t think that many people realize where the phrase “my brothers keeper” comes from. Oh, I’m sure that they know that it comes from the story of Cain and Abel in the Bible, but do they know the context?

    Yes, Cain did kill Abel and yes, Cain said to God, “am I my brothers keeper?” However, and here’s where the context comes in..

    The moment that Cain killed Abel, God knew about it. That’s why he asked him “Where is your brother?” What Cain replied was “I do not know, am I my brother’s keeper? So, God had given Cain a way out, but now he added on a lie on top of the murder. And Cain was marked, not as a curse, but because when Cain did express remorse, because his fears were that he would be hunted down and killed. God marked him for his protection.

    Nowhere in the story does God tell Cain that he should be or is his brother’s keeper.

    Just a thought..

    He had a chance to heal some of the wounds inflicted on our peoples by racial violence over our country’s history. He was positioned at the very point of tipping towards repair with his “Beer summit”, but ultimately proved himself to be exactly what the rest of his career had indicated he was; a corrupt politician focused more on his own biases and preferences.

    He did an excellent job of making people focus on things that don’t ultimately matter.

    Maybe he should start following his own advice, payback all Michelle's vacation expense and then build thta $5 million dollar park for kids in black neighborhood, that money went into his first natl. campaign instead.

    They should just put those four cops in stockades at each protest and let the mob do as it chooses. Video the event, and this will be over, after people watch dismemberment of bad cops on TV.

    Then we can have a discussion about which was worse, and knock off all this racism nonsense.

      I am very tempted to agree with you on the punishment method. But, this is too much like the sharia methods I have railed about in the past. So, I will not be a hypocrite. Besides, It will be even harsher punishment to let them live for a few months in prison while they wonder how/when they will be executed in prison.

      And the feud between ousted Marine General Mattis, and President Trump continues with Trump-hating Mattis claiming "Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us."

      Mattis is a lifetime government employee with a record of not punishing the incompetent under his command. Mattis may once have been a competent commander of Marines, but the fact is that his missions repeatedly were a failure. He supports the mission of the US Empire instead of his oath to the US Constitution. Mattis is now a darling of the Trump hating media. Revenge against Trump is the sole justification to consider Obama as less damaging than Trump.
      Mattis shows as much intelligence as execs at Ben and Jerry's white-hating communist ice cream truck.

      All this fervor by the media and the anti-American Soros funded socialist crowd is designed to make honest productive Americans hate honest productive Americans instead of seeing the evil men behind the curtain who are funding riots, bailing out unproductive banks and companies who benefit from violence and war.
      We must stop being swayed by this foolishness. Destroying the property of productive small business is not an answer. They are not the enemy.

        I was listening to something on TV about police protecting people from the protesters... yeah right. Aggressive protesters needing attitude adjustment are welcome. I need to get my frustrations out somehow, since the cat died. Come over here and test this guy.
