Why is it so many of you DON'T FREAKING GET IT?
The 9th Amendment covers this issue; rights not enumerated, including the right to property.
The 10th Amendment not only reserves powers to the States, something, for some insane reason which I don't understand people cite and then shut up, BUT TO THE PEOPLE, RESPECTIVELY.
That means, in matters involving individuals, the powers are granted to the people, not the State.
The 10th Amendment is NOT States rights; States do not have rights. The 10th Amendment is not about State powers... alone. The power of the State does not supersede the power of the individual, except where enumerated.
