I agree with the tenor of it. I didn't care for at the end how she was talking about incentives. Buyers and sellers area always coming together at an equilibrium price. The industry wants maximum pricing for new houses, and she's telling it from their point of view.

I agree with the core idea the economy is good and people are building new housing b/c of it.
