I just had one of those chance encounters this afternoon. My car went in for it's oil change, winter check-up etc. I was talking with the owner of the shop (I try to only patronize the local businessmen when possible). He has family members that are on the moocher roles and had derided him for not jumping on the gravy train (the tribe pays for this, subsidizes that etc). I gave him a card from the large stash in my pocket. He said he hadn't read Atlas Shrugged and I told him that AS I & II are on netflicks. He will be checking them out tonight.

Was sitting in the waiting room of my local Ford dealer as my car was having a minor repair made when a gentleman sitting with me said he knew John Galt. I said, "Oh?" "Yes, but his was spelled Gault." I asked, Do you know who John Galt is?" He replied, "Yes. I have the 'iamjohngalt' website." Well, I looked it up and there are dozens, so I have no way of knowing who he is. But he is highly disenchanted by the GOP. About that time, I was called my vehicle ready and had to leave. And I didn't have my cards.
