This question was answered long ago by revolutions. So the method has been changed to hide the result. Now the question is:

Is it moral for one group of men to create money and credit from nothing and force everyone else to pay them for the use of it in a manner that guarantees the eventual bankruptcy of all the productive clients, the corruption of the government, and the collapse of the economy?

Again, the answer is revolution.

All governments are coercive whether we like it or not. How can they not be with the power of the gun. The question is how can we keep them small enough so that they do not become stifling like what we have now?
