I'd also support anyone with an provable history of domestic violence to be denied firearms. There is a gray area here.
A false accusation could be made out of spite or whatever.

I've been carrying various concealed firearms for the rest of my life so far.
Buying a firearm with a clean record is easy too. After you decide which one you want,you browse the gun store or play with your Smart phone while the sales person makes a quick phone call and gets back to you to complete the sale.
However, these facts don't support the unspoken totalitarian objective :
We, the government have all the power
You the people (victims) should appeal to we the government for your needs
We the government will hand out stuff, after we eat first.
