Ferguson -what is it really about

The second is the training of police over the last decade or more that prepares each policeman to expect interactions with the populace to be confrontational and to take the slightest indication of disgruntlement as an immediate move to escalate the interaction to 'control', and that escalation provides justification for deadly force.The young black male, and many youth of all races have been taught to be overly assertive in such interactions, that they have a right to expect respect from government.
The mixture result is death.
