Since the moment I read Atlas Shrugged, it made sense to me and embodied my core belief system. I was raised in a family where you worked hard, believed in your work and did your best because nothing less was acceptable. As I grew older I realized that many people in this world look for the easy way out, expect others to take care of them, and feel as if they're "owed" something - it makes me crazy. I take great pride in myself, my work and my principles - it's too bad that many in this world don't even understand the word "pride" anymore.
