A Board Game: The Gulch / Atlas Shrugged

khalling came up with a good idea that I think is worth expanding on. Let's see what great ideas we can come up with for a board game that follows Atlas Shrugged's theme and principals. (Is Shrugged's a word?? It's pretty hard to pronounce.)
So please contribute your ideas, for questions/tasks/etc that a player would have to answer or accomplish correctly to move forward in the game. C'mon, it'll be fun! We ARE allowed to have fun in the Gulch!

All the Moocher has to do is prevent the Maker from attaining his goal using tactics, ie. suing, federal laws, regulations, etc. Or trying to get money from the Maker (either slowing or stopping his progress) of course the Maker can get ways to protect him from Moochers but which are not easy to attain and may slow his reaching his goal.
moved as requested!
Come on...I'm writing up plans for a game here.. HELP us. (It was YOUR idea).
There are three types of players, Producers, Strikers, and Moochers. Each has different goals / victory conditions. Players can change type under certain conditions (ie, Producer becomes Striker). Strikers start with Ideas and a little Money. Producers start with less Ideas than Strikers, but more Money (and maybe Factories). Moochers start with Money and Pull (or Influence), but no Ideas.
Producers use Ideas to make either more Ideas or Money. Moochers use Pull to take Money (or destroy Ideas) from Producers. Strikers use Ideas to make more Ideas or to turn a Producer into a Striker, or maybe make Gold Coins (Striker-only economy, separate from the Producer/Looter economy).
The board has two concentric rings of spaces, one space on the inner ring (the Gulch) is connected to one space in the outer ring (the Outer World) (Afton Airport <-> Sanders Airport???) Only Strikers can move to/from the inner ring. Actions on the inner ring are on the Striker economy, not the outer economy.
If a player's piece (or an NPC Striker or Moocher) lands on the same space as another player's piece, they can perform some action on that player (result controlled by dice roll and the two players' types and stats (Money, Ideas, Integrity, Production, Pull, Morale, probably more)
Some squares affect the player in various ways, or draw a card (more effects, some cards can be kept for later use)
the answer is: license
(And I really liked the name "The Gulch" and the game pieces too.) :(
Lol
;-)
is JG also the banker? my sister in law got us this game called Railroad Tycoon or something. it was so convoluted I started reading my Kindle between moves.
but no one else will do it right :)
Got team of lawyers? Check.
Got connections to politicians in DC? Check
Got nefarious connections in DC? Check
Got the media in my pocket? Check.
Ok, if all checked off, you should be unstoppable. Oh, that's if you want to stay on The Outside. Not suitable for The Gulch.
You too...night :)
I will say, I don't think I like the idea of trivial pursuit type cards quizzing me on who did this or that-but that's just me.
Have you installed anything new on your computer? Are you the only one with access to your computer?
I am picturing a character system wherein you can either play the heroic value-producer, or the altruist, select your character attributes and the computer will calculate the outcome based on economic balance. For instance if you're an altruist, there'd be more taxes to pay. Hard to explain but if You have played Skyrim or a state-of-the art game of that calliber you can see at how well this could educate! Board game would be great for dinner parties as is monopoly. A computer game can provide very deep immersion!
