Didn’t I tell you? Puerto Rico is a poor man’s dream. Now that the WH has exempt the territories the only people signing up for Obamacare in Puerto Rico are those who will get a free ride.

I got a lot of friends in Puerto Rico that moved there just to surf all day on the taxpayer’s dime.
