As much as I dislike George Soros I am not comfortable with this. One more power that can easily be abused.

He is just one of many players who are guilty of currency manipulation and hiring thugs to instigate riots to move the 'feelings' of a country toward socialism where his business is better protected. When a young man he helped the Nazis find Jews and take their possessions and shared in the loot and has said that it was the best time of his life. The owners of the Federal Reserve need to be prosecuted for the same crimes.
It is more likely that the members of Galt's Gulch will be declared enemies of the state and put in prison.

He funds the terrorism, and thus seems to fit the bill .He is a Hitler wannabe. He has openly said he wants to destroy the US economy. He has caused people financial harm in other countries. No one recently has been more direct about their goals than he - harming our country and people.

With Socialists ideology comes first and objectivity comes later (if at all). As a result they are easily confused but refuse to accept the fact that their confusion is the result of a deeply flawed belief system. Lenin was correct in one respect, "Useful Idiots" play a vital roll in the victory of Socialism over Capitalism.

Negative attention is a good point. This guy has operated in the shadows for too long. I've seen him interviewed a couple times like he was a respectable investment guru. Time to shine a light on who he really is.

Perhaps it will take a lawsuit against someone for not charging and arresting her for her crimes. After all we are supposed to be entitled to protection from criminals. How are we supposed to enforce our entitlements? I was actually hopeful when Trump started firing those actually responsible for totally ignoring her crime sprees, and for making excuses for her not to be charged.

The debate isn't about whether he is or is not. Should a petition of 100,000 plus people be a reason for legal action? If that is the criteria (will of the people over law), expect MoveOn.org to collect one against every Political enemy.

Louise Crabtree, I presume you mean. She speculated that the abolition of property was necessary to deal with the problem. But even if you grant the premise--which I don't, given the history of flat-out lies in support thereof--you don't deal with a tragedy of the commons by creating more commons. You deal with it by vesting a property interest where none existed before.

A futile effort, but certainly interesting. If the petition is actuated Soros will line up lawyers like bowling pins and by the time anything can come to court he will be dust in the wind. What elevates this action above that of other windmills is that over 100k persons willing to sign it , with more signing every day,and the realization that this vulture has finally got a bit of the negative attention he so richly deserves.

I am actually pretty convinced that he actually pays for them. His role is not just fomenting the violence but funding it.

That's why I say, indicted (on specific legal charges), and tried. There is enough evidence out there about him to indict him, but then too he's got enough money to not see any conviction (remember OJ, then he ran out of big money). The same goes for Hillary, she should be indicted on specific charges and go to trial. Actually she should have already done so, because the longer we continue to just ignore the law for her and her crimes the harder it will be to convict her.

Allosaurus (Latin for "different lizard" here in The Gulch) nurses a mystic persuasion that it is evil to be ruled by fear.
You know, fight the good fight and that kinda stuff.

The problem I see is that we may get another "Obama" or "Clinton" in the White House. Then the entire membership of Galts Online Gulch would be declared enemies of the State and our assets seized.

Absolutely. One of the UN climate experts said a couple of years ago she thought the best political system for dealing with climate change was communism. The idiot needs to take a tour of Beijing.

The other problem is if you go after him you have to win or life as you know it is over. I agree that it would have to happen in Trumps second term and we are toast if there isn't one.

Add to it: the UN strikes me as inimical to the principles of liberty and of Objectivism.

The problem is getting a prosecuting attorney to accept charges files against them. Soros and the Clintons go way back. Comey was complaisant and the deep state left in the FBI etc has to be purged. This may happen in the second Trump term but not the first - assuming he gets reelected. If not reelected we are toast.
