Are you ready for your close-up? Be In ASP3
The post production of ASP3 is well underway; however, there’s one last chance for you to be in the film and be part of Atlas Shrugged history. Post a video of you asking “Who is John Galt?” and declaring “I Am John Galt” by May 2nd and you just might find yourself on the silver screen come September 12th.
Here’s what you need to do:
1.) DOWNLOAD THE RELEASE FORM
Go to http://bit.ly/1l87a01, download the release form, print it, and sign it.
2.) CREATE YOUR VIDEO
Create a video of you saying: “Who is John Galt?” and “I Am John Galt.”
Video Direction:
- Look slightly away from the camera and say “Who is John Galt?” as if it were part of normal everyday conversation. We'll be using this part of your video to establish early in the movie that the phrase is used in everyday conversation as it is in the book.
- Wait a moment, look directly into the camera and say with pride and purpose (no smiling), “I am John Galt.” We'll be using this part of your video to illustrate the public's reaction to the Galt speech.
- Wait a final moment and then say, "Atlas Shrugged: Who is John Galt? in theaters September 12th, 2014."
NOTE: Videos delivered in languages other than English will be given special consideration. Each language video should be submitted separately. You may submit videos in as many languages as you like.
3.) UPLOAD YOUR VIDEO TO YOUTUBE.COM
If you don’t already have a YouTube account, create one and upload your video.
4.) TITLE YOUR VIDEO
Your video should be titled as follows: I am John Galt: (Your Name Here) #JohnGalt2014
EXAMPLE: I am John Galt: Scott DeSapio #JohnGalt2014
5.) EMAIL US YOUR RELEASE FORM AND LINK TO YOUR VIDEO
Send a copy of your signed release form and the link to your YouTube video to mailto:iamjohngalt@atlasshruggedmovie.com.
6.) EXTRA CREDIT: SHARE YOUR VIDEO (Optional)
Share your video on facebook and twitter using hashtag #JohnGalt2014
7.) BONUS: SHARE YOUR VIDEO IN GALT’S GULCH (Optional)
Share the link to your YouTube video in Galt’s Gulch Online and you might just be featured on the movie’s official Facebook and Twitter pages.
If you don’t have a Galt’s Gulch Online account, you can create one here: https://galtsgulchonline.appspot.com/acc....
