Well Romney sure kicked Obama's A. . last night.
I think I will get a keg and have all my friends over, when Paul Ryan debates Joe Biden.

    Greetings Tampico,
They say that the vice presidential nominees make little difference in the election. This may be so, but I believe their debate may prove to be the most entertaining. Biden could act out of character and perform well, but I expect to be plied with sophistry, platitudes and gaffes from him, which the MSM will gloss over and spin…

I think Ryan/Biden is potentially more interesting than Romney/Obama. Ryan is more Randian than Romney and Biden represents the more typical democrat socialist policies - as opposed to Obama who is a hybrid of urban machine, faculty lounge socialist (aka fascist).

Terry, when I was an insider in the Colorado democrat party I observed that in politics, nothing happens accidently.

What I find odd is someone who paid $159.00 for a Rearden Metal Bracelet didn't spend a couple of dollars to join this site as a producer. No biggie, but something that sparked a warning light.

Many that embrace Rand's ideas and that claim to embrace reason only half way embrace it. Leaving unpredictability in it's wake.

In at least 47 states plus DC there is another choice: Gary Johnson. Include Gary Johnson in the debates and that could be a game changer! But, I'm sure Obromney won't allow any real competition.

What'd I miss? I read through everyone's comments and can't figure out what happened. What was she offended by?

Romney was amazing. Biden could surprise people with a good performance. With two more Romney vs Obama debates anything could happen.

Cliques, socially, are to allow certain qualified individuals into a group. Qualifications are only agreed upon the leaders or the elites in charge. Most often used in elitism. A Group of friends is not usually made to bar others.

Are cliques necessarily collectivism? Isn't it rational to have several friends you enjoy hanging out with more than everyone else?

Sorry to see you go, Crystal. It's unfortunate you felt ostracized here. Please know that's not our intent. I personally really appreciated the passion you bring.

I think she may have been a teenager, she may have had some of that angst I hear so much of.

Cliques would be collectivism. I thought crystalquartz had some good things to say. Not sure why she wants to leave.
