One could actually say the foundation for all of their businesses was laid a century ago... by a young Italian immigrant, Bartolo Aglialoro, who arrived in the US as a teenager, with pockets not full of money but full of integrity.

"Creative destruction" is really a misnomer. I would define it as "creative reconstruction". Think of Legos, where you take apart to rebuild a better way.
No one likes to be a loser, so people tend to want to hold on to outdated zones of familiarity and resist upgrades. If they could see themselves not as losers but as movers to new levels, we could get rid of a lot of jealousy, resentment, sabotage, collusion and even the roots of wars.
